1.1 Do you have every floor plan?

No. We strive to have most floor plans for most buildings but we do not have or guarantee to have ALL floor plans for every building. Before signing up you should verify that the plans actually exist.

1.2  In what format are the floor plans?

The floor plans are provided in JPEG image format only (sample). If you require a vector format (ie. dwg or pdf) try a floorplan measure and drafting service.

1.3  Where do you get the floor plans from?

The floor plans are obtained from the developer's original marketing materials and the strata plans.

1.4  Do the floor plans contain measurements?

No. As the the floorplans are sourced from the developer's original marketing materials which do not contain measurements. If you require measurements you can try one of the many floorplan measuring services.

1.5  I have noticed an error who do I tell?

Please email [email protected] if you have found an error on this site.

1.6  I can't find a floor plan what do I do?

Try a search. We don't have floor plans for all Vancouver buildings so it is possible we don't have it, in this case try a google search, ask your REALTOR® If you are just looking for the exterior dimensions of a property and are not concerned with the interior layout you can find this information on the registered strata plan (visit the BC Land Title Office, BC Online, Landcor Data Corporation or contact your REALTOR®). If you require room dimensions for a property and it is listed on the MLS your REALTOR® can provide you with this information.

1.7  How are the floor plans delivered?

The floor plans will be emailed to you in PDF format are also available online in PDF and JPEG formats.

2.1  What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

2.3  Is your store secure?

Yes . . . we use SSL encryption to encrypt all your personal data before it is transmitted from your computer to our secure server (look for the padlock icon in your browser to verify you have entered a secure connection). All credit card processing is provided by BeanStream.

1) You can cancel your account anytime - the cancel button is to the left of the sign in panel at the top of the page.
2) This will be a recurring monthly charge, if you want to cancel your account after 1 month, you would need to click on the "cancel subscription" button at the top right hand corner of the website . Please refer to our website policy for more details.We do not provide a refund for charged credit card once new billing cycle has started for your account.

4.1  Are floor plans connected to the MLS® Listings?

Yes. For your information, all floor plans are tied in to most Downtown MLS Listings. After signing in to www.vancouverfloorplans.com , go to any building web site on www.6717000.com Try  using the search panel at the top right hand corner of any page & type in an address or building name that you are looking for - ie;  1111 Alberni or Shangri-La - result;  http://www.6717000.com/shangrila/ Then click on the left side bar called  "MLS Listings" of any page, once you are in the MLS Listing summary, take note of the extreme right  side of the summary list - if you see an icon in the last column, a floor plan for that listing exists. Click on the floor plan icon & "Voila" - the floor plan opens up for that listing. This same routine applies to most buildings in Downtown Vancouver when searching the maps page www.6717000.com/maps . Another way to get to any building's web site is by Googling any building name or building  address & you will see that our web site will show up at the top of that Google search. Then click on the link that says ie. "Shangri-La - Building Information" or any other "xxxxx Building Information" that has a domain starting with www.6717000.com

While signed in, you can also search for any building using our Downtown Maps Section www.6717000.com/maps Simply mouse over any of the 7 maps, then click on any blue square representing a building, then click "MLS LISTINGS" at the top left hand corner of the building web site.

Please note - our server is constantly being monitored for abnormal use. Please do not reveal your passwords to any other individuals or your access may be terminated without notice.

5.1  How I can get access to my past invoices for VancouverFloorPlans or BCFloorPlans ?

All the invoices are emailed monthly to the registered email address of every User. In case you have accidently deleted those emails or not able to access previous emails you can email us your request for past invoices on [email protected] and all your past invoices will be emailed to you. Please note any request for statement of past invoices will incur a $50 surcharge per request due to the cost involved in retrieving and sending you the information.
