Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided within 14 days of notice if;

You have received the wrong floor plan or floor plate and we are unable to provide you with the correct one

A refund will not be provided for the following reasons;

Poor quality. All floor plan and floor plates are displayed in the best possible quality and are dependent on the format and source of the original documents.

Subscription users are ineligible to apply for refunds but are able to cancel their subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]
