Your subscription will include limited access to the following items for each of our supported condos where available. Please note that we do not have every floor plan for every building. If there is a certain building that you want to get all the floor plans for, please check ahead of time before signing up to see if the plans that you are looking for actually exist.

vancouverfloorplans.com has been integrated with www.6717000.com for extended building information and attached to all MLS® listings where available (sample).

Our database is continuously being updated and we endeavor to have floor plans for every major downtown Vancouver condominium and in the future to all lower mainland buildings.


* If you require 5 or less floor plans a month then you can purchase floor plans individually for $CAD19.95 (+tax) and floor plates for $CAD5 (+tax) - browse our list or search.

Requirements

  4. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) are accepted (Processed by TD Canada Trust)

Usage

  1. Access to the site is limited (200 plans per month)
  2. Access is limited to 1 user per login
  3. Password sharing is prohibited
  4. Every computer that connects to the account will need to be verified by the account holder. If you use multiple computer in multiple locations, you will be emailed a verification code each time you log in at a different location. As long as you have your cookies enabled, you will only have to do this once.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The payment cycle starts from the date of registration and your credit card will be billed $50 per month plus tax thereafter until cancelled.
  2. There is no contract and your subscription can be cancelled at any time without penalty by calling or emailing us at [email protected] or simply canceling the subscription yourself - The sel cancell button is located next to the sign in panel.Your access will continue until the end of the current payment cycle and refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the month.
  3. Refunds will not be provided retroactively it is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel the service as soon as they know they will no longer require access to vancouverfloorplans.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least the day before the next billing date otherwise the account will be cancelled the following month. Access is limited to 1 user per login if you require more users please call 604-671-7000 to arrange a custom quote. Your user activity will be monitored to check for any unauthorized logins and we reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we believe your are violating our terms and conditions.
  4. All images on this site may not be copied, distributed, altered or used in any manner not provided for herein without purchasing a license or obtaining written permission from VancouverFloorPlans.com or the copyright owner. You may not publish or use an image from this site without purchasing a monthly license or purchasing a individual floor plan from VancouverFloorPlans.com. This includes but is not limited to; free sites, personal sites, and not-for-profit sites. Once purchased, you may use one image at a time for personal promotions IE for rental of a unit or for a sale of one unit.
  5. You may not download all the Floor plans & plates & post them on the internet - this material is copyrighted. We will go after any individual or corporation should they decide to do this.
  6. All information including floor plans, floor plates, suite square footages & floor areas, maps & suite numbers are gathered from different sources and are believed to be accurate as possible but are not guaranteed. Neither the Webmaster nor VancouverFloorPlans.com are liable for any errors or omissions in this info sheet.
